Our WHY
If you're anything like us, our family is our everything, and our biggest why.
We naturally wanted the best for our children (& now our grand babies) and it soon became obvious that NATURAL had to be a standard that we set for ourselves.
This included educating ourselves & making choices that aligned with both logic and intuition, this meant zero to minimal medical interventions (wherever possible) and the ability to choose safe, non-toxic medicine, like Homeopathy, that worked to solve issues like severe anxiety, OCD, ADHD, panic attacks, childhood illnesses, concussions and separation issues. We did all that and more!
Importantly, this included healing heart wounds and trauma, clearing generational trauma (the inherited patterns) to finally allow for balance, strength, resilience and wellbeing for us all.

Melissa has been in wellness for 30 years, has worked with International rockstars, actors, professional athletes, mothers, fathers and children.
At the core of her work has always been BALANCE.. that of mind, body and spirit.
A master educator, podcaster, writer, creator and happily married for 30 years, Melissa shares a depth of lived wisdom in all areas of motherhood, midlife and relationships.
