Use the kit as follows:

Nausea blend - nervous flyer, first sign of illness, tummy bug, hangover, overindulged in work or play & now you're feeling anxious

Accident blend - physical trauma, bruising, sudden infection, nerve pain (like a finger jammed in a door), teething pain & restless kids

Jet Lag blend - Use frequently (sipping from your water bottle, shake between sips) during those long haul flights to reduce fatigue and assist recovery while crossing international time zones.
